Invest in Wind Power

Morocco will increase its wind power to 1.8 GW by 2026, according to the Global Wind Energy Council, enough to power more than 1.3 million homes.

The geography of Morocco offers it significant potential in terms of wind energy capacity. With high wind speed, 7.5 to 9.5 meters per second (m/s) in the south, and 9.5 to 11 m/s in the north, wind energy is one of the Morocco's most promising renewable energy sources.
